About Sandhya
Iam a Physiotherapist, undergoing my Postgraduate.
I see so many patients especially women or even school going girls with complaints related to irregular menstrual cycles that could be cured by EXERCISES if treated earlier, but due to the lack of awareness they tend to get under chronic medications. Why need to complicate things when the easy way is there?
So I wish to educate my sisters either elder or younger to work out on their own body a little and enjoy what your body gives you back
