About SHIJU
I am an experienced Assistant Professor with around six years of teaching experience in Commerce and Management. I have handled classes at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels, as well as Commerce subjects for Plus One and Plus Two students. In addition to college teaching, I have experience teaching Commerce and Management-based subjects through learning applications and competitive examination platforms. I am comfortable handling both live and recorded classes.
My teaching approach is student-centered and focused on ensuring that students understand and learn the majority of the concepts during the class itself. I believe that every student has a different learning ability and academic level. Therefore, I understand each student's level, learning needs, and areas of difficulty and adapt my teaching style accordingly. I focus on making complex concepts simple, clear, practical, and easy to remember. My aim is not just to complete the syllabus, but to make students confident in the subject and motivated to learn.
