About Samantha
I have strong teaching experience in the Humanities and in SEN support, with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and a Masters in International Human Rights. I was a humanities teacher at an independent school, and an SEN teaching assistant at state schools in London. This shows that I am very experienced with working with young people of diverse backgrounds, have a strong grounding in teaching methodologies, and can vary my teaching techniques to fit the needs of the student. Working in East London, I worked with many students with English as a second language, and I am well versed in helping second language learners with their English proficiency. I am TEFL certified and experienced with helping a range of learners improve their English proficiency.
