About Filipe
I am an Associate Lecture in HR and Diversity Management at Birkbeck College on its masters programme in the evenings. Monday to Friday I work as an HR Business Partner in the City of London. I have over 11 years' experience in HR and would love to share this with students wishing to deepen their knowledge on the subject.
I possess an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management & Employment Relations and a postgraduate certificate in Coaching.
