About Nathaniel
I have always excelled at being a student. I feel I have many critiques of traditional schooling and the way it's taught. I would like to be the better version of some of my instructors I wish I had going through my education. Namely, I would like to be patient and hands-on with learning and practicing concepts.

I typically try to simplify and breakdown complex concepts. Many traditional classrooms start at a pace that goes too quickly because of the limited amount of time they have to cram in a certain amount of material. Taking things slow and making sure students feel confident before moving onto the next concept is important to me. I try to build lesson plans around the concepts that the students struggle with.
My goal is to be patient and work at the pace the student is comfortable at. Students learn best when they aren't forced to work under pressure and time constraints.
I generally would like to work with elementary to high school level students.
