About Tara
I am passionate about Economics and teaching, and I enjoy helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. I understand Economics can be challenging, so I want to help students navigate through the difficulties and build a long-lasting understanding of concepts relevant to the world around us. Outside of Economics, I have a background in long-distance triathlon, qualifying for world championships, so I can additionally help with time management.

My approach to tutoring focuses on students understanding of key concepts rather than memorisation. As someone who's passionate about Economics I want to share that interest through engaging lessons tailored to suit individual needs. I can help with content clarification, essay structure, short answers and general exam tips to help students maximise their marks and achieve their academic goals. Students will also have access to my notes and essays to further their learning. Additionally, my Reserve Bank of Australia experience draws critical insight into Economic Policy which will enable students to stand out in that section.
