About Gaurav
Curious mind is how i'd call myself. call me Gaurav, an Architect (Physical) and Industrial Designer by training, profession and practice.
A firm believer and practitioner of DT, I created the opportunity to apply DT at various levels throughout my practice- grassroot level, motivator, designer, academia, policy drafting etc.
It satisfies me immensely to witness DT, not only being informed but sincerely practiced at c-suite, government policy makers, start-ups etc.
The best aspect of mentoring, which i cherish the most-Teaching is like learning again.

As a mentor I believe myself as a tour guide, who's responsible for creating awareness, showcasing opportunities and gate keeper who'd build that required confidence in mentees to apply it in reality.
Most of the sessions are like friendly discussions, sharing thoughts and mutually finding operational directions. Mostly its a collaborative workshop.
I believe DT is applicable in all fields of life and isn't restricted to students or design aspirants only. Most careers are defined by innovations either self or product/service/system for the organisation.
