About Paul

My name is Paul, I have worked with young people in and around apprenticeships for the past 30 years. I have worked as an early careers manager for an international corporate organisation, recruiting and developing hundreds of apprentices from a variety of backgrounds: state comprehensive schools, state grammar schools, private schools and international schools – and I have seen the mistakes young people make on their journey to secure a degree apprenticeship. I want to help you put a plan in place to get the best degree apprenticeship for you. I will show you how to write your application form and navigate any aptitude tests, and I provide model answers for you to succeed in the interview. I want to put you on a path to fulfil your potential and build the career you deserve.

Through my one-to-one support, we can... - find the right opportunity for you - identify the best degree apprenticeships for your interests and career goals, and discover which employer to work for. - craft a winning application - navigate the selection process - show you what employers are looking for and how to demonstrate your skills and passion. - show you how to succeed at interview - answer the questions interviewers will ask, how to prepare answers for those questions and how to structure your responses, through example answers. My guidance is specifically for sixth formers who are serious about pursuing degree apprenticeships.
