About Maphala

I'm an expert in fitness and I'm fit myself. I like making people laugh and keeping them healthy but give them advice in mental health and body fitness. I'm also a graduated student in Animal science and like animal too

About the lesson

Fitness is important because it keeps you healthy and gives you more confidence when approaching new people. When your fit life becomes easy, your mental health becomes more tough and you perform well at work if you're a work person.
