About Keesha
I am a hospitality manager, I've been mentoring and coaching individuals through a variety of life experiences and difficulties; including conflict and stress management and personal development for better mental health. I have mentored eighteen individuals who all found some value in what I had to teach; one of my students went from stressed and constantly angry to aware of herself and conscious of her choices.

I give lessons to anyone who needs them. I like to teach by having conversations. I listen and respond with validation and advice if you want it. I can develop progress plans with goals to help you attain what you are looking for. I can keep you on track with goals and encourage mindfulness; we will do exercises in the lessons to help cultivate the mentality you need to excel.
