About Sam
My name is Sam Ngcobo, I am currently in my honours year at the University of the Witswatersrand studying Fine Arts. My experience in this degree has given me a remarkable amount of training in writing, research, literature, art history and academic writing. I acknowledge what I have learned and been trained at as knowledge and as a skill that should be shared with other people, and that's what I intend on doing. I love learning just as much as I love sharing knowledge.

I am a tutor for first year students at the University of the Witswatersrand in a programme called RAA, and therefore I have experience in being a tutor. I'm currently a university student myself, and therefore I have a clear understanding of how a number of students like to be taught in order for knowledge to be easily grasped on their end. I'm very flexible and sensitive to the needs of the people I am teaching- some students learn better with seeing text, some prefer hearing audio, and some work better with the practicality of seeing things in action. I am passionate about being knowledgeable and sharing what I know with others, and that makes my teaching style light and enjoyable for both myself and the person I'm tutoring.
