About Krishna
I’m a physics and computer science student at ANU with a strong interest in mathematics, science, and problem-solving. I enjoy tutoring because I love seeing students go from feeling stuck or unsure about a concept to genuinely understanding it and being able to solve problems independently.
I believe the best learning happens when you understand why something works rather than simply memorizing how to do it. My lessons therefore focus on building a strong conceptual foundation, followed by plenty of practical problem-solving and discussion. I aim to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and challenging their understanding.
Whether you’re looking to catch up on difficult topics, prepare for exams, or push yourself further, I’ll work with you to develop a learning approach that suits you.

I use a combination of lecture-style and workshop-style lessons, where students first develop a strong understanding of key concepts before applying them directly to problem-solving. I emphasize active learning through practice, questioning, and testing, with a focus on developing students’ critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills.
Lessons typically run for 1-2 hours, depending on the student’s needs and level.
I have experience tutoring and teaching students in mathematics, physics, computer science, and scientific writing. I can also assist with scientific reports, Internal Assessments (IAs), and other academic writing. Having achieved an A in my IB Mathematics Extended Essay, I have particular experience with structuring, researching, and communicating mathematical and scientific ideas clearly.
My lessons are suitable for high-school and university students, from students looking to strengthen their fundamentals to those seeking support with more advanced content, assessments, and exam preparation.
