About Mikayla
I’m an Honors Health Sciences student at Wilfrid Laurier University with a passion for chemistry and helping students feel more confident in school. I know science courses can sometimes feel stressful or intimidating, especially when concepts start building on each other quickly, so I try to make lessons feel comfortable, supportive, and easy to follow. I’m very patient and enjoy breaking down difficult topics step by step in a way that actually makes sense. My goal is not just to help students improve their grades, but to help them feel more confident asking questions and approaching problems on their own. I love creating a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged, understood, and motivated to succeed.
