About Mark
I have an Honours BA in English from the University of Alberta and have worked in writing and editing most of my professional life. In addition I have worked as a technical writer in the aviation industry, a profession that requires high levels of precision, detail, and adherence to safety standards. I enjoy one on one interactions and am a published novelist.

ESL lessons are for high school or adult students at any level of the language. A typical lesson plan will involve a reading assignment and exercises in vocabulary and usage. Emphasis will be on grammatical improvement and breadth of subject matter based on the students individual needs. As a current learner of Spanish and teacher of English I understand the challengers and teaching requirements from both sides.
