About Sharvanjan
I work in a finance role where I regularly work with the VP and CFO of the company I work for. This requires me to uphold a high level of professionalism which I am certain to bring in a classroom setting. I am easy to get along with and have experience tutoring kids in elementary school and high school.

I have always been passionate about passionate in the field of mathematics which is why I decided to attend the University of Waterloo as it is known for its excellence in the field of mathematics. The program I did was the Math/CPA program. I also enjoy tutoring students which I did during high school and during my university years. A typical lesson plan would consist of instilling the foundations to students instead of having them memorizing formulas. In addition, I would bring in real-world examples to help carry out the lesson plan. I would make the lessons interactive so that they enjoy learning new material while also remembering the material well after they have completed the course so they can pass the knowledge forward. My strong background and interest in the field of mathematics sets me apart from an average tutor. I also currently work in a role that is highly quantitative which enables me to apply the foundations in a real world setting.
