About Ema

I have been meditating since 2013, and as part of my holistic practice, I have qualified as a Therapeutic Meditation Teacher. My meditations have helped people with mental health issues, people suffering from isolation, and those who want to make positive changes in their lives. I am a Meditation Teacher on the Insight Timer app, and a selection of my supportive guided meditations are live to use on that app.

About the lesson

I offer meditation classes and 121 tutoring/coaching to meditators of all experience levels and needs. My meditations draw on a range of different techniques and traditions, making full use of the extensive and powerful tools which meditation brings. I tailor my meditations to the specific needs, strengths and requirements of the student(s) in question, and can also bring an element of powerful distance Reiki healing in combination with my guided meditations, to help with the release of past traumas, negative behavioural and thought patterns, as well as relaxation.

My rate for a multi-student meditation class is listed above. Rates for individual meditation sessions and therapeutic 121 sessions are available on request, depending on the number of sessions booked. Cancellations any later than 3 days before a class will not receive a reschedule or any refund, unless at my discretion. Cancellations before 3 days before a class will have the option of rescheduling their session, or receiving a refund of 50%.
