About Tanya
I am currently employed as a Centralized Monitoring Lead at IQVIA which is a Clinical Research Organisation. I have previously worked at the university and provided classes to university students and managed the Genetics lab. Before this I worked as a laboratory associate in a molecular lab. I have a BSc hons (cum laude) in Forensic genetics (DNA analysis) and I also have a BSc (cum laude) in Behavioral Genetics where I majored in Genetics, Psychology and Zoology.

My teaching method is to first obtain a starting point, to understand where the student is currently at. I then believe in being a positive and patient influence for the student and to also act as a sounding board for the student to discover their own potential.
