About Jason
I have experience successfully teaching standardised exams, math, English, and philosophy to various age groups. I am a devoted philosopher with additional knowledge and skills in mathematics, theoretical physics, economics, politics, aesthetics, German, and history. After earning an International Baccalaureate Diploma in Florida, I went on to Duke University to complete a Bachelors in economics in 2007. After working in the business world, I returned to academics to study philosophy including at UC Berkeley in California, eventually earning a Masters, cum laude, in the subject from KU Leuven in Belgium. I am meticulous in my approach to my own research as well as my teaching and tutoring.

I have experience teaching standardised exams, math, English, and philosophy to various age groups. My technique as a tutor is to, at the outset, clearly define the problems and objectives, and then to work through variations in exercises while also repeating them. In philosophy, I use the Socratic method and ultimately, carry out a careful evaluation of the student's written argumentation and analyses.
The length of the lessons are between 45 minutes and 2 hours and I offer them to all age and skill levels.
