MSc Musculoskeletal Sports Science & Health (Loughborough). BSc Physiotherapy. HCPC registered. Certified in Safeguarding & Protecting Children and Emergency First Aid at Work. I teach anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, biomechanics, and research methods with structured objectives, worked examples, retrieval practice, and mastery checks. Neuroinclusive design by default. Professional, punctual, syllabus-aligned, explicit rubrics, safeguarding protocols. I teach adults, teens, and small kids/school-age learners. I focus on each student individually and ensure learning is complete; I do not “deliver and leave.” I stay until the concepts are understood and retained, especially for younger learners.

About the lesson

Tutoring approach Techniques and methodology Diagnostic pre-assessment - precise goals per learner. Worked examples, Socratic questioning, rapid error-correction. Retrieval practice, spaced repetition, and interleaving for retention. Deliberate practice with immediate feedback, mastery checks every 15–20 min. Data-driven progress tracking and mini-projects for transfer of learning. Tools: whiteboard + structured notes, Excel/SPSS for stats. Typical lesson length Standard: 60 or 90 minutes. Intensive blocks available: 2×45 minutes with a 10-minute break. Qualifications/experience MSc Musculoskeletal Sports Science & Health (Loughborough). BSc Physiotherapy. Certified: Safeguarding & Protecting Children, Emergency First Aid at Work, UK HCPC registration. Research and teaching experience across biomechanics, exercise physiology, anatomy, pathophysiology, biology, clinical measurement, statistics, and technical tooling (SPSS, Excel). Who the lessons are for Levels: GCSE/IGCSE, A-level/IB and undergraduate. Subjects: biology, physiology, biomechanics, anatomy, pathophysiology, rehabilitation science, research methods, and statistics. Formats: 1-to-1 or small cohorts, neuroinclusive pacing and materials.
