I will asure to create a safe and supportive environment where my students can ask questions, praise the effort to help instill a growth mindset, emphasizing the value of perseverance and hard work over innate ability. My work is to empower my students to become independent learners. Build students’ confidence to the point where they feel capable of tackling academic challenges on their own is one of mymissions. Fostering a supportive and personalized learning experience, will make a profound impact on the students’ lives. I will not only guide them through academic challenges but also help them build the confidence and skills necessary to succeed beyond the use of Spanish language.
