About Dinielle

I was an SA gymnast, EP athlete, and hockey player. I do Cross Training and go to the gym daily. I enjoy being fit! I started coaching gymnastics when I was 15 years old, and since then, I've taken on coaching athletics and hockey. I was also a fitness coach at one of the schools that I worked at. I have recovered from two big injuries and operations by just doing the proper exercises and staying fit. Sport and fitness are the two most important things in my life, and I believe in my abilities to make all my students look and feel good. I have experience in many sports, especially gymnastics, as I am currently coaching gymnastics at a club in Grahamstown. I am very serious about academics and I have a BA degree in Psychology and Human Kinetics and Ergonomics. I enjoy tutoring and aim to make lessons fun for my students.

About the lesson

I believe that your mind plays a big role in your performance during training and therefore it is important to believe that you are capable of doing whatever you set your mind to. My lessons are unique as I do different exercises every lesson to keep things fun and interesting. I aim to make you look and feel good.
