About Shuka
I am originally from Japan but I am currently a second-year student at university studying history. I discovered my passion for teaching when I tutored in person in Japan last summer. I love tutoring because it allows me to see my students grow and gain confidence in their abilities. I especially enjoy finding the best ways to explain difficult topics and personalising lessons to fit each student’s learning style. Seeing their progress and knowing I’ve helped make a difference in their education is what makes tutoring so fulfilling for me.
