About Victoria
I am majoring in History at UFMG, currently finishing the second semester. I gave private lessons and tutored throughout high school, pre-university entrance courses and in the first 2 semesters of college, which provided me with teaching experience and the opportunity to develop my teaching skills especially in the teacher / student relationship existing in private classes, that is , always trying to adapt my teaching method to the skills and challenges encountered by my student in the subject :)

As I am graduating from an undergraduate course, History, part of my training at college includes subjects from the educational field such as the psychology and sociology of education and teaching practice, which I have already attended, meaning that I feel safe and able to play a pedagogical role, mainly aimed at elementary and high school students. My methodology is based on constructivist teaching, that is, on the idea that the teacher should not impose knowledge, but rather offer the necessary tools for the student to develop his own teaching-learning. My goal with this methodology is to train more participatory students that are active agents in the process, leaving a free space for them to always expose their opinions and doubts about the contents covered. In addition, I always seek to integrate learning into leisure, with the creation of thematic playlists and the indication of films, TV series and books.
