About Jack
I am currently in my second year of A-Levels studying History, Politics and Psychology and will be attending UEA in September after recieving an unconditional offer to study Modern History and International Relations. I have taught 7 students English and Maths up to GCSE and have recieved 100% pass rates (details that I can provide on direct message) yet wish to extend into my favoured subject. As a student in Sixth Form, I offer low rates due to my inexperience yet still provide the best service to ensure best results for my students.

I always set homework per week based on the qualification level of the student; for KS3, this will be up to 30 minutes but for GCSE this can extend to an hour. The homework set will be essay styled questions to practice exam technique and revise knowledge learnt in the lesson and topic as a whole. For the first 20 minutes of the lesson, the student and I will go over the homework together to see what went well and what could be improved based on exam structure, knowledge and corresponding objectives for the task provided. After the rebuttal of the homework, I engage the student to enter discussion surrounding the topic of the lesson and ask questions to ensure the student is comprehending the information. Furthermore, the last part of the lesson will involve quick fire questions, issues and debates and further analysis of the history covered in that lesson that will then be solidified in the homework essay. At the end of each term, I will set an exam paper based on the exam boards structure to ensure knowledge is secure from the whole term.
