About Murad
My fascination with history started on the road travelling across Asia and the Middle East, walking sections of the old Silk Road, and seeing how trade, migration and ideas physically connected distant civilisations. That experience, deepened by an MSc in Chinese Politics, taught me history isn't a list of dates but a web of connections. Now training as a History teacher, I bring that same "join the dots" thinking into every lesson, helping students see the bigger picture, not just memorise facts.
