I have a 2:1 degree in History and Politics Joint Honours from University of Leicester and I'm currently applying for MSc History. I have A* in A Level Geography so can also tutor on this. Currently working in Students' Unions.

I am able to tutor on topics from primary level to A-Level, and degree if support is needed!
Lesson structures include:
1) Pre-requisite of learning; short recap
2) Short statement of goals and learning objectives set in collaboration with student
3) Work through new material with student and recap understanding
4) Working through examination style/coursework style question
5) Setting goals for the following week and any questions
Methodology:
I like to get to know the student and their individual learning style before committing to a particular learning technique as everyone learns differently and I like the learning style to be led by students. We will then to discuss their learning aims and what they want to achieve to tailor the work and set regular checks to ensure they're on track. I believe learning should be fun and students should be passionate and engaged.

Details
Degree tutoring is £15.00 per hour.
I can also do work on essays and coursework, and offer feedback for £10.00 per essay (3,000 words).
If it is less than 1,000 words it is £5.00. If it longer this cost would be £15.00.
I can also review dissertations for £25.00.
If sessions are cancelled less than 48 hours before the session fee will still be incurred.
