About Saskia

As a student myself, I learnt that school does not accomodate to every student, as they are teaching to a larger class. I struggled in maths for a while, but worked outside of class, trying to find a way to make the content stick. Overtime I began picking up study habits that I knew worked for me. I instantly noticed the difference in my results and confidence in class, because of these study techniques I had adapted. I believe a good tutor should accomodate to each individual student, and learn what works for them because everyone is different.

About the lesson

Lessons 1-2 times a week for 1-2 hours. Volunteered as a tutor for younger students at school, experience working with kids at a play centre and sports coaching. As a year 11 student myself, I offer tutoring for year levels between Prep - Year 9. Not All students learn the smae way, so a good tutor should be able to adapt to the needs of the student. This means during sessions I will aid students in their homework, exam preperations, assignments and any specific topics they struggle with.
