About Adrian
Since qualifying as an interpreter with the Royal Navy in 1999 I have worked consistently with the French language in a wide variety of roles, including military liaison, military and commercial intelligence, import/export, business development, customer services, the timber industry, the travel/leisure industry and most recently, the oil/gas/water pipeline industry. This has required me to maintain my language skills to a very high level.
With regard to traditional tutoring, my first A-Level student went on to complete a degree in French & Linguistics, but I have frequently offered my experience and skills to colleagues wishing to attain a grasp of basic conversational French when deployed to francophone countries, often inspiring them to pursue further study.
