About Agnieszka
I worked as a Finance and Resources Manager for 9 years in a corporate world as well as in third sector organisations in London.
I used to coach, train and develop operations team in a charity and colaborate with the whole team in the health club (6 managers and 30 staff members). For seven years, I was also one of the managing directors and trustees in a charity which was organising an international art festival and competition in London. I was responsible for managing finances, logistics, catering, managing 50 volunteers and also public speaking.

I use my knowledge and experience as a manager when working with leaders.
I studied business coaching at City University in London and strategic approach with Five4Success in Germany.
I am passionate about improving processes and creating organisational culture where everyone feels listened to and where there is space for feedback and positive change. I am a big fun of understanding human talents and potential and using them in the best way for the benefit of all people involved.
I mentor, coach and consult leaders in people skills, soft skills, reaching win-win situation and also helping them to understand themselves and their needs as well as the needs of their staff members. I help to recruit the right staff members and understand who your company needs.
I will also help you to prepare for an interview, practice it and become confident in your abilities and skills.
