About Tara
Being a Caribbean citizen and having taught in the Caribbean for a great length of time at the most prestigious secondary school in the Commonwealth of Dominica, I am certain that my skills and techniques will benefit each student who entrust me to their academic success.
With limited resources on hand in the classroom, I often found myself purchasing my own resources for my lessons. After all, having my students secure A's was the most satisfying part of my job.
It is my intention to carry on with the very same ideology and mindset: student success is priority.

Teaching style/methodology
It is critical to first establish the learning style of the student: only then will I have a clear idea of the approach I should employ for the lesson.
Through video content, quizzes, home-work assignments and practical exercises, I intend to ensure that the parents receive value for their money while the students grasp every concept taught to them.
For GCSE students, after learning of the topics that they are to sit for the exam, I will formulate a unique study schedule including specific study tips believed to work for each student.
