When tutoring, I prioritize the areas where my student is most confused, rather than spending time on concepts they've already mastered. I begin each session by getting a clear understanding of what they’re currently learning and identifying the specific challenges they’re facing. From there, I introduce practice problems and walk them through multiple strategies or step-by-step approaches to solve them. I always pause to check for understanding and repeat explanations as needed to reinforce their comprehension.
Once they feel comfortable, I have them try problems independently. I closely observe the mistakes they make and adapt my teaching methods accordingly, adjusting until they achieve full mastery of the material.
What sets me apart from other tutors is my flexible approach—I never rely on just one method. I believe that every student learns differently, so I tailor each session to fit their needs, using repetition, alternative strategies, and patient guidance to ensure everything clicks.
I offer tutoring for K–12 students in the subjects I’ve listed, and I’m committed to helping each student feel confident and capable in their learning journey.
