A high school student who speaks Spanish looking to make extra cash by tutoring people in Spanish

I met Tiago when he was really young when I was a manager at Culver’s. Not only did I see him grow as a young teen but I also saw the work ethic that this young man exercised throughout the entirety of the shift. He was easy to manage and when he became skilled enough he proved a superb trainer. I unfortunately only
was able to work with him for a little over a year but from those memories he not only learned quickly and efficiently educated other young men and women to do tasks, but he also was patient and able to take criticism. Our owner was brutal, she made grown adults quit based on her aggressiveness, not only was Tiago able to withstand that but was able
to be mature in a situation he should have never had to deal with. I think he would be great because he has dealt with time crunches, bad management, having to learn under pressure, and has delivered, and has also been able to teach other students how to do their jobs efficiently in a calm manner.
