About Alex
I am a competitive figure skater who struggled with body image most of my life. I started working out more and was trained by a professional dancer, and an owner of a yoga and pilates studio in Barrie, Ontario, and I was trained on the ice by Olympic athletes and coaches. If it were not for me learning more about nutrition and finding my new love for fitness, I would never have gotten over my body dysmorphia. Now I am helping young adults do the same.

- Each lesson will include a new workout routine and a new suggested meal plan
- Unlike other tutors, I am a competitive figure skater, and fitness and nutrition has been a big part of my life for the past 13 years.
- The lessons can be for anyone who is looking to further their health and fitness.
