About Nishka
Hi! I’m a Grade 10 student with a strong understanding of math and a passion for helping others learn. I’m responsible, patient, and committed to making sure my students feel comfortable and supported during every lesson.
As a current student, I understand what teachers expect and how to succeed in today’s classrooms. I explain concepts in a clear and simple way, helping students build real understanding instead of just memorizing.
Outside of academics, I am also actively involved in sports. I play both basketball and tennis at a club level, which has helped me develop strong discipline, time management, and commitment—skills that I bring into my tutoring as well.
I take my tutoring seriously and always come prepared with structured lessons, practice questions, and helpful explanations. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to build their confidence and make learning a more positive experience.
I am friendly, reliable, and easy to communicate with, and I always make sure each student learns at their own pace.

As a student myself, I understand how confusing school topics can feel. I explain math in a simple, clear way that actually makes sense, instead of just having students memorize steps. I focus on using real-life explanations and examples so students truly understand concepts and feel more confident.
My Teaching Methods:
-I use step-by-step explanations with simple language
-I relate concepts to real-life examples so they’re easier to understand
-I always encourage students to ask questions and will explain things until they fully understand
-I focus on patience, because that’s how students actually improve
A Typical Lesson:
-I start by reviewing what the student is currently learning in school
-I explain the concept in a simple way if they need help
-I provide practice questions or worksheets and go through examples together
-I answer any questions the student has along the way
-We end with a quick review and tips for improvement
