About Becky
I have been a high school teacher for 8 years and love inspiring my students using mathematics. I understand that memorization can be a useful tool in mathematics, but do not believe it to be the best method in truly understanding math. Developing formulas and concepts using prior knowledge will help students to find a deeper understanding and find memorization to no longer be a necessary practice.
