About Eric
In the past 29 years, I have taught all levels of high school mathematics at Fortuna High School. For the past 15 years, I have been the high school's only Honors Statistics teacher as well as teaching Honors Pre-Calculus over the same time. In addition, for the past 6 years, I have been teaching a co-taught geometry and algebra 1 class where the majority of the students have IEP’s. I am patient and willing to go the extra step to see my students succeed.

Multiple layers of instruction can be given to further understand the material being taught in each lesson. With my 30 years of teaching experience in mathematics, I have learned many methods to gain retention from my students. Mathematics is a subject I thoroughly enjoy, therefore I am willing to spend time and energy in order to see success amongst all of my students.
