About Hope
Hi! My name is Hope Mauricio and I am a 16-year-old high school student with strong academics and a huge passion for English. I have always loved writing, reading, and poetry, which is why I am using my skills to help younger students build their confidence, passion, and skill set. Whether it is helping with homework, working on grammar, practicing creative writing, or simply working on reading skills, I aim to make learning feel fun and stress-free. I have worked with many kids before and I am known for being reliable, fun, upbeat, and friendly. My main goal is to help each student reach their goals in a way that works best for them. Whether you or your child need extra support or just want to keep up with practicing English skills, I am here to help.

I myself am very passionate about English so I try to make my lessons enjoyable and interactive. All of my sessions will be tailored to the specific needs of each individual student, so that they can get the most out of their experience. My lessons are very engaging and age appropriate. I like to find ways in which I can incorporate some of my students' personal interests into our sessions so that we can combine English learning with things that they already enjoy. I have worked with kids from various ages which is why I will be offering my services to students from grade 1 to grade 8.
