About Monica
I always enjoyed math and science at school and would love the opportunity to see more kids enjoy it too. I also like to see kids motivated to be/do something with their life and help them remember that school helps with that.

Rather than following the boring standards of a classroom I like to adjust how I'm teaching based on the student. I understand that not all students learn the same, therefore Iadjust my teaching ways, whether it be drawing, writing, using metaphorsor using real life objects/situations.
I have previously tutored many children. Some were kids of family friends, others were clients when I was a youth worker.
I prefer teaching younger students, primary to grade 9 but am more than happy to help with seniors as well.
