About Kim
I am an ultimate foodie. I love fine dining, and I love trying new recipes. I learned how to cook from my grandmother when I was 5. I have years of culinary arts experience. My grandmother was raised in the south and moved to NYC with her ultimate cooking skills, which she passed down to me. I grew up in NYC. I've experienced the most delicious cuisines such as Traditional, French, Italian, Mediterranean, Greek Seafood, Soul Food, Latin Cusine, West Indian Cusine. I worked as a catering manager for one of the biggest event venues in NYC. I worked alongside the celebrity head chef. I learned how to recreate delicious meals from all over the world. My passion is to share my knowledge and recipes to people that would like to step outside the box from the usual and create and taste a delicious healthy ethnic or traditional cuisine without having to travel.

Cleanliness is very important. The lessons are hands-on and easy to follow. You will learn a new recipe in each class. You will have your family raving about your cooking!
