About Lauren

Hi! I'm Lauren. I am an LLB Law Graduate from Royal Holloway, University of London awaiting my final result in July. I have received First Class grades in over five of my modules, and have been praised by my professors on more than two occasions for having 'scholarly legal analysis' - a technique I have fine-tuned over the years to help students achieve a higher skill set and better grades! I will share different writing methods, including sentence structures to achieve the critical analysis required for the higher grade boundaries. My lessons will be bespoke to each individual. I ensure that all my lessons are both productive and informative. With an attention to great detail, every lesson will be taught with extensive planning. I will also provide my students with tips regarding exam preparation and scoring high on essays!

About the lesson

I have tutored for over two years with a charity. I offer proofreading services for all students' assignments, from year 7 all the way up to final year university levels. I provide skills sessions and written feedback for mock essays. I have been helping dyslexic students fine-tune their essays since the start of my undergraduate degree. I can also help with university applications, and assignments - ensuring that their tone of voice is completely maintained while applying a more advanced style of writing. I aim to increase my students' critical thinking, writing skills and confidence in writing their essays and assignments, as I know how daunting it can be! My approach is professional, approachable, and tailored to each student’s individual needs, ensuring they feel supported throughout their studies.
