About Mariela
I bring a robust background in STEM lessons. I have many years of experience in higher education, and bring a robust background in STEM lessons. I am thrilled to share all my knowledge with young students. More than a tutor, I would like to transform lives through teaching. My teaching method is called Learning by Doing. A typical lesson included three phases: Diagnostic to assess the knowledge requirements, Discovery to make the student excited and motivated to learn new knowledge, and Doing by posing problem resolution challenges to fix the learned knowledge.
As a tutor, I am passionate about promoting critical thinking and engaging my students to keep learning in each lesson.
My focus are students of colleges or universities related to STEM classes including Mathematics (Calculus/Algebra), Statistics, Control Theory, Electric Circuits, Dynamical Systems.
