About Maadhav
Hello! I'm Maadhav, a 19-year-old tutor, I'm someone who's not very fond of the education system that is being used in our current times and feel as though I can provide tutoring and help to students who also feel like the education system is cheating them a bit. I'm very enthusiastic and passionate about all roles or responsibilities I am given, and always strive to give it my 100%. I have been helping high school students since the start of 2024 and have picked up lots of skills that I'm sure will be useful to any student.

Often my very first goal when it comes to a new student is building confidence in them first, I will try my best to create a low-pressure environment where it's okay to be wrong. My techniques always tend to revolve around diagnosing the issues, by making the student think aloud and asking them open-ended questions. This ensures that they are being guided to discover their own answers and not depending on me to give it to them. Typically a lesson for me would go on for an hour but it more so depends on how long the student is willing to do. I have been on and off tutoring high schoolers since the start of 2024 till now. Typically my lessons would be for students in years 7-10 or even low as 3-10. Subjects I teach range from math, English, all science subjects, history, social studies, and economics.
