About Vignesh
Hi, I'm Vignesh, a Year 11 student currently studying Specialist Mathematics, Mathematical Methods, Chemistry, Physics, Economics, and English, with a projected ATAR of 95. I was born and raised in Australia with an Indian background, so I'm fluently bilingual in English and Telugu. I want to help students comprehend difficult math and science topics in a fun and engaging way, because I was once in their shoes and understand how frustrating school can be. This allows me to know exactly where things click or cause confusion, and I can break them down in a way that actually makes sense. I'm patient, reliable, and genuinely enjoy watching students go from confused to confident.

My approach focuses on building a genuine understanding rather than just memorizing formulas. I will teach based on my students' level of understanding and I will try to shape my students' learning around what they're learning at school. My lessons will begin by explaining the topics then will work through guided practice together before the student tries independently (This can be done as homework if the student wants to). My lessons will run for 60 minutes. As a current Year 11 student studying Specialist Math, Methods, Chemistry, and Physics, I understand exactly what these subjects need and can explain concepts the way I wish they'd been explained to me. My lessons are best suited to students in primary school through to Year 9, helping build strong foundations before high school ramps up.
