About Rachel
I have attended a rigorous, selective, math-centered school for the past six years. I've taken several AP exams and gotten 4's and 5's on all of them and a 1530 on my SAT. I initiated and launched a successful project to send engaging math kits to kids, and so have experience in explaining math concepts as well as making them interesting and understandable. I am known for my positive and friendly personality, and am confident we can work together well.

I prioritize understanding over rote memorization, so if you forget something on a test, you can be confident that you can figure it out. We'll assess what you need help with, and then make sure to circle back at the end to make sure you remember what we worked on. We'll be organized and make sure to hit everything addressed on the SAT.
