I have been tutoring since I was completing my own O-Levels, giving me several years of experience in identifying common "stumbling blocks" for students. Having balanced a high GPA with leadership roles, I also mentor my students on time management and effective study habits.
I believe that learning should be interactive rather than a one-way lecture. My teaching style focuses on Active Application, I don't just show you how to solve a problem; we work through the logic together until it becomes second nature. I utilize customized worksheets and digital tools to keep lessons dynamic and ensure that every student stays motivated and curious.
A typical lesson lasts 1.5 hours. This provides the perfect balance: 15 minutes of review, 45 minutes of new material, and 30 minutes of guided practice. This structure ensures the student is neither overwhelmed nor bored, allowing for maximum retention.
My lessons are specifically designed for, primary school students to build a "fearless" foundation in Math and English, as well as secondary school students to focus on exam techniques, critical thinking, and grade improvement.
