About Benjamin

Hey I’m Ben! I have worked within education for the past 3 years. I started as a child play-worker before developing into a teaching assistant for both mainstream and special educational need schools. I have now launched my dream job as a SENCo and Nursery practitioner in THE BEST NURSERY EVER! The time I have spent within the different sections of education has really shown to me how the education system is different. But it has also supplied me with the knowledge that I need to be able to give you the best service no matter what stage a child is at in their educational development.

About the lesson

I have always taken the view of a student-led approach to all kinds of learning - as this really has proven to provide the best grades and learning possible! I work with every student on a singular basis as I work to help them get to the standards they wish to be at. I am constantly planning for the next coming weeks for any students I work with at the minute and will always supply the parents with a breakdown of what we have done and our aims for the next academic term. Each student will get their own education plan which will set out their goals and what we are going to do to achieve them!
