About Hevan
Hey there, I’m Hevan and I am 34. I started college when I was 29 and graduated community college with honors. Now, I am working as a paraprofessional while I go to school to finish my bachelors degree and be a certified teacher. I chose this path because I love working with children, encouraging them, and helping them to succeed.

I have worked hard at achieving academic success and it hasn’t always been easy. I grew up on a low income home and neither of my parents had finished high school. I am truly passionate about my studies and determined to achieve my dream of being a teacher. I believe that passion and determination can take you anywhere you want to go. I want to work with students to encourage them that even when things get hard, we can always be successful if we love what we do and believe in ourself.
