About Samantha
Hello
My name is Samantha, I am a former professional athlete. I run track and i absolutely love keeping up a healthy lifestyle. I have about 10 years of solid experience in the athletics industry and i am confident that i can help you achieve your health and fitness goals one day at a time and one step at a time. In addition i am a qualified counsellor with a certificate from the South African College of Applied Psychology, with a passion and knowledge for human behaviour, personal growth, and life improvement. i believe every human being has the desire to improve their lifestyle and be a better version of themselves. This is exactly why i am involved in this line of work, to help you improve your quality of life. I look forward to working with you.
