About Serena
Hey! I’m Serena, and I’ve been fascinated by psychology since I first studied it at GCSE level. That initial spark led me to pursue it all the way through to university, where I graduated in 2017 with a degree in Education Studies and Psychology. My passion for understanding how the mind works has only grown over the years, and I love sharing that excitement with my students. From unraveling complex theories to applying psychological concepts to everyday life, I’m here to make psychology both accessible and engaging for you!

In my online psychology lessons, you’ll find an engaging and supportive environment where evidence-based approaches take centre stage. I focus on retrieval-based methods like quizzes, Kahoots!, and past paper questions—not to catch you off guard but to help build strong neural connections in your brain, guiding you toward the right answers.
Expect fun acronyms and even catchy songs (trust me, they stick!) for tricky concepts like statistical testing. My goal is to make complex ideas memorable and accessible. I always relate the material to real-life examples, helping concepts click and stay with you long-term. This approach has led to a 95% pass rate among my students, so you’re in good hands!
