About Somya
My name is Somya Sharma, I am 21 years old, and I have completed my Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in Psychology and English as my elective subject. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Psychology. I have a strong interest in understanding how people think, feel, and learn, which is why I am passionate about teaching. I want to share my knowledge to help students learn in a way that supports their mental well-being and confidence. My teaching will be different because I believe learning should be engaging, relatable, and enjoyable rather than stressful or monotonous. Being 21, I naturally connect with students and understand their way of thinking, which helps me create a comfortable and motivating learning environment. I also have strong experience in psychology, which allows me to understand students’ mental well-being, learning styles, and emotional needs. This helps me adapt my teaching methods to how students think and feel. I use fun and interactive methods such as activities, real-life examples, discussions, and creative tasks to make concepts easier to understand and remember. My goal is not just to teach a subject, but to support students holistically and make learning meaningful and enjoyable for them.
